Regulations
- Bring your National Registration Card (citizen identification card).
- Bring your daily personal necessities.
- Bring sports/exercise clothing for yoga practice.
- Bring warm clothing as it's winter season — including sweaters, hats, gloves, and socks.
- Bring any necessary medications you require.
- Strictly no leaving the premises during the training period.
- Participants must be able to practice yoga and meditate.
- Participants must be able to follow all established rules and regulations.
